近年国内外でモバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が発生しております。

すべてのお客様に安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッ

テリーのご利用につきまして、以下の通りお願い申し上げます。

【モバイルバッテリーご利用時のお願い】

・外出などで客室を不在にされる際には、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。

・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や客室内電源を使用して充電

される場合は、直射日光が当たる場所やベッド・シーツなどの可燃物上でのご使

用は避けてください。

・モバイルバッテリー充電中は、お客様ご自身で状態が確認できる場所でのご使

用をお願いいたします。

連泊でご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記状況が確認された場合には、安全確保のため

スタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置の移動もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせて

いただくことがございますので、予めご了承ください。

Notice Regarding Mobile Battery Use

We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage.

Recently, there have been reports both domestically and internationally

of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire. To ensure the safety

and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation

regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are not present

in the room, such as when going out.

・When charging mobile devices using a mobile battery or charging the

mobile battery itself using the room’s power outlet, please avoid placing

it in areas exposed to direct sunlight(e.g.,near windows) or on

flammable surfaces such as beds or sheets.

・While charging please ensure that the device is in a location where you

can monitor it at all times to prevent any unexpected incidents.

If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning for

guests staying multiple nights, our staff may take safety measures such as

relocating the mobile battery or stopping the charging process.
